And it&#039;s important to look at what&#039;s happening, otherwise you can&#039;t fix it.  Maybe they just haven&#039;t had an opportunity, or maybe they really don&#039;t &quot;get&quot; what you do well enough, or maybe they&#039;re in a fog of their own and need a nudge ... or maybe something else!</description>
