how you’re really doing!
Grace, I am IMPRESSED with the quality and professionalism of your documents. You’ve done an absolutely
fabulous job with your feedback. It is clear, on target, and empowering — even in those cases where the
scores indicate the person needs significant self improvement.
Your feedback is a pleasure to read. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Most people think of communication as the things that we say or write to other people. Some
also recognize that body language (the way we stand or sit, our facial expressions, how we hold our
hands and arms) also plays a large part in how others hear our messages.
Dr. Bernie Kerr teaches the “Communication in Health
Organizations” class in the
Doctor of Health Administration program at
Central Michigan University.
He uses my assessment as part of his students’ first major class project: a comprehensive evaluation of
their own communication skills.
While I can’t endorse your survey, I selected it because it had a good range of questions and
gave sufficient feedback without being overwhelming.

And I recently learned that students at Davenport University are also using the assessment!
